Our Saleta Artisan semi-cured has a precious ivory colour with small eyes all over the cheese, a soft aroma and a dense buttery texture which, with a slight intense flavour dash with acidity, made us win two stars in one of the most prestigious worldwide contest, the GREAT TASTE 2021. Not long ago, it was awarded again with one star in the GREAT TASTE 2022.
