With a maturation period between 5 and 8 months, a penetrating and intense flavour, a taste that lasts and a good thick texture, our cured Artisan Saleta, is our most awarded cheese.
It had delighted the judges of the most prestigious contest, such as the GREAT TASTE 2021 and 2022, in which it won two and one star respectively and the WORLD CHEESE AWARD, an event with 4,000 participants from 45 countries and our cheese won the bronze medal as the most recognised on the continent.
